KTM Rc 200 Black Edition 2018 Walkaround Exhaust Note Top Speed UPDATES
KTM Rc 200 Black Edition 2018 Walkaround Exhaust Note Top Speed UPDATES
KTM has launched its smaller supersport offering, the RC 200, in a new black colour scheme. The new colour is available at the same price of Rs 1.77 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) as the existing white-coloured model. This means that the RC 390 is now the only bike from KTM that misses out on a second colour option in India.
The new black colour scheme on the RC 200 is extremely similar to the RC 390’s option. They both have glossy black bodywork, orange wheels and trellis frames, and similarly-styled decals. The only noticeable difference is the colour inversion of the decals and the inner fairing. While the more-expensive RC 390 sports an orange inner fairing, the RC 200's is white. When it comes to the decals, the RC 200 gets the brighter orange treatment in place of the white seen on the RC 390.
The motorcycle is mechanically unchanged. Powering the black RC 200 is a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor which makes 25.8hp and 19.2Nm of torque. Handling suspension duties is a 43mm upside-down fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. In terms of braking, while the bike does get a large 300mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc, it still misses out on ABS.
The KTM RC 200 has received a new black paint option for the 2018 model year. The new colour scheme is available in addition to the already existing white colour variant that was introduced last year with both versions priced at ₹ 1.77 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). While the RC 200 was originally available in a matte black shade since 2014, the colour was discontinued in favour of the refreshing new white shade introduced on the slightly updated offering. The new black, white and orange colour scheme, however, gets a gloss finish instead and is similar to the one introduced on the 2017 KTM RC 390.
Speaking on the introduction of the new colour, Bajaj Auto - President (Probiking), Amit Nandi said "The KTM RCs are race-bred machines. The RC 200 constitutes a significant part of the KTM portfolio and it is only fair that we broaden the choice for our customers with the addition of a new Black colour option
Apart from the new colour variant, the KTM RC 200 gets no mechanical changes. Power continues to come from the 199.5 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine tuned for 25 bhp at 10,000 and 19.2 Nm of peak torque at 8000 rpm. The motor is paired with a 6-speed transmission. The RC 200 is a dedicated track-bred motorcycle and comes with a host of premium components including USD forks up front and a monoshock setup at the rear, while braking performance comes from disc brakes at either end. ABS is still given a miss on the India-spec model.
Other salient features on the KTM RC 200 include a digital console with real-time fuel efficiency clip-on handlebars, while the 2017 update brought wider mirrors and improved cushioning on the motorcycle. KTM retails out of 430 showrooms across India in 320 cities and the RC 200 in black is available for bookings.
While the new colour scheme for the RC 200 should keep the model fresh in the segment, KTM is working something more exclusive and hugely anticipated as well

Bentley Bentayga V8 2018 WALKAROUND INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REVIEW CHICAGO...
FRIENDS TODAY I WILL BE REVIEWING Bentley THE Bentayga V8 2018
A STUNNING EXTERIOR
Bentayga V8 shares the same sleek lines as the other models in the Bentayga range, but adds some distinctive features to create an edgier exterior that matches the car’s dynamic feel. A black and chrome radiator matrix grille adds extra presence at the front, while the rear is enhanced by two twin-quad tailpipes, with a selection of large, striking wheels completing an imposing look. For those seeking to maximise the dramatic effect still further, the Black Specification** replaces all the exterior brightware with black-painted trim and adds a number of contemporary carbon fibre elements.
A LUXURIOUS CABIN
The handcrafted cabin of the new Bentayga V8 is the ideal setting for the exhilarating journey ahead. The straight fluted seats are as comfortable as they are elegant, with the supple leather hides available in a choice of five different colour splits as standard. The upper cabin is trimmed in Eliade, a soft and tactile fabric available in five colours. And the contemporary sophistication of Dark Fiddleback Eucalyptus veneer, Bentley treadplates and foot pedals in the classic ‘B’ design as standard provide the perfect finishing touches.
AN ADVANCED V8 ENGINE
The innovative new Bentley V8 engine has been calibrated to suit this exceptionally capable SUV. Powerful and efficient, with seamless power delivery, it provides an effortlessly engaging drive – both on and off the road. It delivers an impressive 542 bhp (550 PS) of power that can take it to a top speed of 180 mph (290 km/h), accompanied by a potent V8 engine sound that reflects the car’s phenomenal capabilities.
AGILE HANDLING
The V8 engine achieves its maximum torque of 770 Nm (568 lb ft) at 1,960 rpm and maintains this right through to 4,500 rpm, ensuring rapid acceleration at any engine speed. This allows you to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds (0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds), contributing to the car’s agile, sporty driving experience. Bentayga V8 is brilliantly responsive in the urban environment and truly thrilling on the open road.
ENHANCED EFFICIENCY
Responsiveness and efficiency are both assisted by two twin-scroll turbochargers located inside the ‘V’ of the engine. Further efficiency gains are provided by variable displacement, where four of the eight cylinders are seamlessly shut down when not required, and start-stop technology activated at ‘near-to-stop’ speeds. The result is a fuel-efficient SUV with CO2 emissions of just 260 g/km and a generous range of 746 km.
Driver assistance technology included as standard, such as Exit Warning and a rear view camera, makes the roads easier to navigate, while Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Apple CarPlay connectivity allows passengers to stay connected to the outside world.

DUCATI SCRAMBLER 1100 2018 WALKAROUND REVIEW EXHAUST SOUND TOP SPEED
welcome friends today i will be reviewing DUCATI SCRAMBLER 1100 2018
The Scrambler Classic version is aimed at those who appreciate attention to detail and 1970s style, but who don’t want to compromise on riding pleasure and the functionality of a modern bike. It is characterised by unique, refined details, such as the aluminium front and rear mudguards, the spoke wheels and the brown seat with diamond-shaped inserts. In Orange Sunshine, Sugar White.
As on any Ducati, palm grips are top drawer, offering excellent grip. The front brake lever is reach adjustable, although the clutch misses this. The speedometer is all-digital, a petite unit that sits smartly off-center. All relevant information is available, except for a fuel-gauge. The tank is small, and exquisitely finished. The seat is flat, a bit narrow, and a chink in the Scrambler armour, for even short rides leave you sore.
Superb fit-finish and solid build quality are available with the Scrambler.
The Scrambler’s 803cc, L-twin, air-cooled engine makes 75bhp of power, and 6.9kgm of maximum torque. Power delivery is linear and comes in strong once you open the gas. In the lower gears, there’s enough acceleration to have you slide deeper into the seat, with even marginal throttle inputs. Throttle response is good, the Scrambler feeling a less exuberant below 2,500rpm, but enthusiastic and once past that, with great acoustics coming up from its exhaust.
The Scrambler may look a simple, small motorcycle, but make no mistake, there’s ample performance to keep you happy. Cruising at speeds of 130-140kph is effortless, but although the motorcycle is good for much higher speeds, the lack of a fairing and upright riding position prevents comfortable riding at sustained speeds of over 160kph.
The Scrambler’s 6-speed gearbox works to deliver smooth shifts. The cable driven clutch is likewise nice in feel.
The seating position on the Ducati Scrambler is upright, with high handlebars. The caveat is tall riders aren’t going to find the Scrambler comfy, for the footpegs are a tad too high for long legs and you feel cramped. Riding this Ducati is just as easy, as unintimidating, as hopping on to ride off and catch up with the horizon. You don’t have to have ridden a big bike before to feel comfortable on the Scrambler. It’s light, with a nice and low centre of gravity. The Scrambler also gives you enough confidence to push and ride hard when attacking corners. The front is supported by a set of upside down telescopic forks, with a monoshock at the rear. Ride quality is not exactly plush, but not overly firm either.
Tyres are by Pirelli, providing excellent grip. These, along with the well tuned suspension, stiff tubular steel chassis and an alloy swingarm make the Scrambler a classic looking bike that offers modern handling. Braking is via a single 330mm front disc, and 245mm single disc at rear, ABS in place. There’s always enough stopping power at hand.
After a few days of riding the Scrambler on-road, and off, we were left mighty impressed with the Ducatis solid capabilities. Yes, a few shortcomings exist, such as the lack of wind protection at high speed and uncomfortable saddle. However, the affordable Ducati scores so highly on so many other key fronts, you will find yourself happy to overlook all the niggles.
The Scrambler is the perfect bike for riders looking to own a true blue Ducati, and a good stepping stone to take you into the big bike world.

MV Agusta BRUTALE 800CC 2018 Walkaround REVIEW 2018 EICMA MILAN MOTORCYCLE EXHIBITION
WELCOME FRIENDS TODAY I AM REVIEWING THE MV agusta brutale 800CC
The oval-shaped headlight and the three-pipe exhaust with enhanced shape and capacity to glorify the signature sound; the light alloy sub-frame, combining shape and function.
There are many functional details of note, such as the dual seat and the unique, concealed passenger handles as well as the LED indicators and aggressive looking lights. The dashboard is sporty yet complete, with high-tech, precision instruments.
Balance, to us, means nothing less than unmatched riding pleasure, with maximum safety and control. Brutale 800CC delivers top performance in an easy, instinctive way for every rider.
The Brutale 800CC has a new, 20mm longer, wheelbase and a front wheel trail that went from 95mm to 103.5mm. The aluminium alloy side plates are mated to a steel trellis chassis. The front is characterised by a Marzocchi hydraulic, upside-down fork which is adjustable in compression, rebound and spring preload. The rear features a fully adjustable Sachs shock mated to progressive linkage and a single-sided swingarm.
The Euro 4 certified in-line three engine is unique and utilises a counter-rotating crankshaft: this solution derives from MotoGP and is particularly effective in reducing inertia during directional changes, thus enhancing the natural ease-of-handling of the Brutale 800CC.
The only motorcycle in its class to offer electronic up & down shifting as standard. Normal, Sport, Rain and Custom: three of the four maps are set by MV Agusta whilst the fourth one can be customised according to a wealth of parameters. This is but one of the many possibilities offered by the MVICS electronics, including Full Ride by Wire, and 8-level adjustable traction control.
The latest generation, two-channel BOSCH 9 PLUS ABS is compact and extremely lightweight, two features that make it ideal for a sports. The RLM (Rear Wheel Lift-up Mitigation), regulates the action of the front brake in order to keep the rear wheel on the ground even under extreme braking conditions.

BMW S1000RR 2018 WALKAROUND FIRST LOOK 2018 EICMA MILAN MOTORCYCLE EXHIB...
BMW S1000RR 2018 WALKAROUND FIRST LOOK 2018 EICMA MILAN MOTORCYCLE EXHIBITION
The BMW S 1000 RR led to a revolution in the supersport motorcycle category right from the outset. In the time since, the bike continued to be developed, its tried and tested concept being honed even further and the latest technology added. Because of its impressive power curve and performance, one constant factor remains: it is still a trailblazer today. The S 1000 RR now comes with Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) as standard for even greater riding dynamics and road safety. It is a thoroughbred among sport bikes – whether on the road or on the racing circuit, and its innovative technology allows you to experience its performance with greater intensity and immediacy than ever.
Numerous details enable you to experience the performance of the S 1000 RR even more intensively and maintain an even better overview in all traffic situations. The three driving modes "Rain", "Sport" and "Race" ensure optimal coordination of electric throttle, ABS and ASC, even in differing conditions. The DTC Dynamic Traction Control and ABS, both of which now come as standard, ensure even greater safety too. Electric throttle enables the bike's immense power to be dispensed even more finely and directly.
The rear silencer with dual flow results in increased torque within the lower engine speed range as well as an improvement in the charge cycle. This also reduces exhaust gas back pressure for increased power. The new EU-4-standard and noise standard are met without any losses in performance.
The DDC (Dynamic Damping Control) adjusts the electronic chassis optimally to the riding situation within milliseconds. At intervals of 10 milliseconds the DDC control unit processes a wealth of information such as traction, banking and damper feedback.
Shift Assist Pro is a feature known and loved by racers. With blipper function it enables shifting gears up or down simpler without clutch. Meaning you always have the handlebars firmly in your grip. In addition, load change influence on the rear wheel is considerably reduced, leading to better lane retention. And last but not least, Shift Assist Pro also reduces shifting time.
The riding modes Rain, Sport and Race with ABS come as standard in the new S 1000 RR. "Slick" and "User" mode can also be added as a Pro riding mode optional accessory. The User mode allows you to set a different DDC setting than in the stick mode.
The instrument panel of the S 1000 RR provides a clear display of selected settings along with road speed and engine speed with exceptionally high resolution for precise and fast information. In doing so, you can also show the following values and functions among others: setup for DDC and race track, tilted position, DTC reduction, lap timer and the ABS delay in m/s²
Tires and wheels are defining for contact with the road surface. HP forged wheels are available as an optional accessory and come with a vehicle type approval. The dimensions are: SP C 120/70 ZR 17 at the front and SP 200/55 ZR 17 at the rear. Needless to say the now standard dynamic traction control (DTC) is precisely aligned to the tire dimension so that they perform as optimally as possible during forward propulsion.

2018 Maserati Ghibli Gran Lusso Exterior, Interior Walkaround Debut ...
Maserati Ghibli Gran Lusso WALKAROUND 2018 Interior & EXTERIOR at 2017 Frankfurt Auto Show
PRICE $74,300
IT IS Bold, graceful, assertive and elegant
The Ghibli for 2018 is offered in GranLusso and GranSport form, each comprehensively equipped according to your precise personal wishes. With the GranLusso, the emphasis is on luxury and comfort. With the GranSport, it’s more about directly engaging dynamics.
The Ghibli Diesel is every inch a Maserati, featuring a 275 HP V6 turbo diesel engine, a gorgeous coupé-like silhouette, a luxury leather interior, and Trident badges front and rear that say it all.
The interior of the GranLusso offers Comfort seats with extensive 12-way power adjustment and a memory function for instant access to pre-set configurations. Additionally, there is the choice of either full premium leather or Ermenegildo Zegna Silk Edition upholstery, both complemented beautifully by Radica open-pore wood trim.
Sport seats feature 12-way power adjustment and a memory function, there’s a satisfyingly grippy Sport steering wheel, gearshift paddles enhance the race-bred feel and purist Inox Sport foot pedals enhance the sense of direct dynamic involvement. The GranSport also includes the convenience and flexibility of the Skyhook suspension system and parking sensors.
At the front, the signature grille signals both dynamic intent and poised composure. Inspired by the legendary A6 GCS Berlinetta of the 1950s, it now features chromed bars and is perfectly integrated into the bumper, also stylishly updated. Above this, there’s the arching, predatory bonnet with two character lines plunging down into a V-shape.
The grille’s traditional oval form narrows at the squared-off top section, accentuating the impression of strong forward focus. Here, it aligns with the sculpted headlights, incorporating LED Daytime Running Lights that underscore the charismatic Maserati presence. The entire ensemble leads the gaze to the iconic, low-mounted Trident – the Maserati symbol of power, endurance and elegance.
In true Maserati grand touring tradition, the cabin is characterised by elegant Italian style, hand-crafted finishes and perfectly organised, generously proportioned design.
The sumptuous leather-finished curves, the clean, technical purity of the dashboard and detailing in metallic-effect dark mirror trim simultaneously relax and heighten the senses.
Two side panels converge towards an elegantly simple central structure, which houses the traditional Maserati clock with its blue face and aluminium detailing. Beneath that, there’s the 8.4” touchscreen infotainment system and rotary control, along with a handy phone storage box.
Even with its head-turning coupé-like proportions, the Ghibli offers class-leading front legroom, as well as comfortable head and leg space for rear passengers. All seats are clad in meticulously selected and processed leather. In the finest tradition of Italian craftsmanship, they are also stitched by hand, while the front headrests are embossed with the Trident logo.
A sophisticated algorithm developed by Maserati also continuously monitors dynamic inputs such as wheel speed, steering and yaw angle and even wheel grip versus driving style
Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto®: the MTC+ also features both Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® mirroring functions.
Harman Kardon Premium Sound system:
Bowers & Wilkins Surround Sound system: fifteen speakers, with mid-range drivers and rear-woofers made from Kevlar

DUCATI MONSTER 1200 2018 Walkaround REVIEW EICMA MILAN MOTORCYCLE EXHIBITION
DUCATI MONSTER 1200 2018 Walkaround REVIEW EICMA MILAN MOTORCYCLE EXHIBITION
WELCOME FRIENDS TODAY I WILL BE REVIEWING DUCATI MONSTER 1200
The new Monster 1200 has been redesigned to make it more compact, slimmer and with sportier proportions. The lines and the volumes unmistakably recall the legendary Monster, reinterpreting it in a contemporary way. Moreover, the new Monster 1200 sees the return of the tank hook that was included on the first Monster designed by Miguel Galluzzi.
The engine, more powerful and full-bodied at every speed, the more compact dimensions, the revised chassis and the updated electronic equipment including the introduction of the Ducati Quick Shift as standard on the S version guarantee maximum riding enjoyment and, at the same time, maximum security.
The pre-set Riding Modes allow the rider to optimise bike behaviour depending on riding style. Each of the three Riding Modes (Sport, Touring and Urban), is programmed to act on the electronic Ride-by-Wire (RbW) engine control system and on the ABS, Ducati Traction Control and Ducati Wheelie Control intervention levels.
The Monster 1200 engine is the Testastretta 11° DS twin-cylinder, 1198 cm3 with 4 valves per cylinder, liquid cooled. Euro 4 type-approved it is the structural element of the suspension set-up with coupling points for the trellis frame.
The cutting-edge materials and technologies of the Ducati Testastretta 11° DS ensure particularly long maintenance intervals. With an oil change required every 15,000 km or 12 months and valve clearance check every 30,000 km, the values are of absolute reference for its category.
The standard equipment of the Monster 1200 includes: Cornering ABS Bosch, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Contronl (DWC), Riding Modes, Power Mode, Ride by Wire, passenger seat cover, LED lights.
The new Monster 1200 is fitted with an adjustable seat (± 25 mm) that can adapt to the needs of riders all over the world. The standard seat height can easily be adjusted to the lowest (795 mm) or highest (820 mm) positions.
The Monster 1200 S has a fully adjustable 48 mm diameter Öhlins fork front suspension.
The Monster 1200 dashboard has a last generation TFT colour display.
The Monster 1200 S is equipped as standard with Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) up/down, an electronic system originating from racing bikes which allows the rider to shift to a higher gear without using the clutch or closing the throttle and without using the clutch but just with the throttle closed when shifting down.

ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM 2018 WALKAROUND INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REVIEW MONTREA...
ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM 2018 WALKAROUND INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REVIEW MONTREAL AUTO SHOW
PRICE $450,000
The Phantom VIII is the first car to sit on Rolls-Royce’s new aluminum spaceframe platform, officially known as the Architecture of Luxury, which will underpin all future models including the upcoming Project Cullinan SUV. The exterior design has undergone a less revolutionary transformation when compared with the outgoing model, gaining more curves and a radiator grille that integrates into the front of the car better than the last Phantom’s freestanding chrome Parthenon. But despite some modest reduction in exterior dimensions, the Phantom VIII has lost none of the VII’s ability to shock and awe, especially in some of the snazzy two-tone paint finishes that Rolls-Royce chose for the cars used for the media launch in Switzerland.
As you’d expect, our Phantom experience began in the back seat of an extended-wheelbase model. While Müller-Ötvös says that eight out of 10 Phantom owners will drive themselves at least occasionally, and that U.S. buyers are the most likely to take the wheel, the extended-wheelbase (EWB) model—8.6 inches longer than the regular car—probably will be piloted by a chauffeur. And not a robotic one, either.
the rear cabin is every bit as special as you’d expect. The carpet pile is ankle deep, the adjustable seats offer a variety of massages, and there’s a refrigerator mounted in the center console complete with a clip-in decanter. Sadly, the last item proved empty during our ride. The interior feels very traditional, with a predictable abundance of wood and leather and old-fashioned rotary heating controls rather than digital displays: red for hotter, blue for colder. But there’s plenty of well-disguised 21st-century tech, too—apparently one of the key demands from buyers of the old car. Display screens motor down from the backs of the front seats to sit above the traditional wooden picnic tables, while USB and HDMI ports hide beneath a slide-down cover. The infotainment system is a thinly disguised version of BMW’s iDrive system that is operated by a similar turn-and-click controller; touch-sensitive screens would have been a little too vulgar, and they get so smeary.
The rear seat also provides a good view of the dashboard, which incorporates The Gallery: a glass panel spanning the dashboard, behind which owners can
have their own personally commissioned artworks placed when the car is built.
Rolls-Royce has fitted about 287 pounds of sound-insulation material, plus double-glazed windows and tires containing noise-absorbing foam, with the result being a claimed 5-decibel reduction in volume over its already quiet predecessor
Switching to the driver’s seat immediately emphasizes just how tall the Phantom is, an effect exacerbated by its high windowsills. Motoring the seat to a position that gives a good view forward to the distant edge of the hood—and a chance to ogle the proffered backside of the Spirit of Ecstasy—puts your eyes close to where they’d be in a full-size SUV. The steering column is short on adjustment for rake, encouraging an arms-out, chauffeur-like driving position rather than an unseemly slouch, and the seats definitely are the sort you sit on rather than in.
